• When the Mattress and Base arrive at the hub in the region of your delivery address, our delivery agent will contact you to schedule the delivery date. The delivery agent will call you on the day of the scheduled delivery to provide you with an approximate time window.
• Our delivery agent will hand-deliver your Mattress and Base in the room of your choice and will ensure they are placed exactly where you want them.
• If your delivery address is outside mainland China, Hong Kong, or Singapore, please contact our Customer Service to obtain a shipping quote.
• Bedding
• Pillows, duvet, featherbed and linens are shipped separately from the Mattress and Base.
• Non-backordered bedding items can be shipped within 2 business days after placing your order.
